These terms govern this quotation and any subsequent service agreement between the client and Nawah for Technical Solutions and Software W.L.L.
WindoorERP.com, including its source code, design, architecture, and any pre-existing modules, remains the intellectual property of Nawah for Technical Solutions and Software W.L.L. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the agreed subscription terms.
All business data entered by the client into WindoorERP.com remains the property of the client. The WindoorERP.com team will not access, process, or share client data except as required to provide support, fix issues, or comply with applicable law.
Total liability under any service agreement arising from this quotation shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This quotation and any agreement arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Qatar.
