Steps



Important
Conduct field hose water nozzle spray tests (AAMA 501.2 standard) on representative installed windows to certify airtight and watertight sealing.

Open Installation › Configuration › Site QC Job Inspections.

Launch a new inspection for the target project floor and opening series.

Complete mandatory checklist tests: Plumb & Level Laser Check, Fixing Lug Spacing, Drainage Cap Fit, Gasket Corner Welds, Handle Smooth Travel.

Record exact digital caliper/laser measurements on the inspection tablet.

Sign off on approved openings or instantly generate rework punch list tickets for failed items.
Common mistakes
- Performing QC inspections without calibrated digital spirit levels.
- Passing frames where anchor screws are countersunk directly into thermal-break plastic insulation.
