    Navigate to After-Sales › AMC Plans and click New.

    Define the Contract Period (e.g. 1 Year / 4 Quarterly Visits), Billing Amount, and Covered Building Elevations.

    Set automated trigger rules to generate preventative service tickets 14 days before each scheduled quarterly visit.

    Track contract renewal dates and issue renewal proposals before contract expiry.
