What this does

Coordinates multi-phase fenestration contracts from initial structural calculation through shop drawing approval, manufacturing release, and site handover.

Architectural projects master list showing project codes, customer names, and progress bars

Detailed projects tabular register displaying allocated budgets and supervisor contacts

Projects kanban board organized by contractual phases: Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Site

Extended project kanban cards with task counts and milestone progress rings

Project profile view showing project team, budget, timesheet logs, and customer details

Advanced project settings page with analytical accounts and billing rules

Project master timeline calendar tracking milestone deliverables and client reviews

Project activity matrix coordinating manager follow-up calls and consultant meetings

Important

Link the Project directly to its originating Sales Order to synchronize contract milestones with progressive billing downpayments.

    Explore projects using List, Kanban, Calendar, and Activity views.

    Open any project record to inspect customer details, assigned Project Manager, contract start/end dates, and allocated budget.
  4. 04
    Track project health indicators: Milestone Progress, Logged Timesheet Hours, Open Tasks, and Invoiced Retention.

Common mistakes

  • Setting project end dates without factoring in structural silicone curing and site survey lead times.
  • Failing to update project stages as sub-contractor approvals progress.
