Manage automated profile cutting and glazing barcode label print queues
What this does
Monitors automated network label printer queues (Zebra, TSC), spooling serialized piece tags, cut profile labels, and glass unit identifiers.
Before you start
- Network label printers connected and label formats defined in configuration.
Steps

Important
Use industrial thermal-transfer label stock resistant to anodizing chemicals, cutting lubricants, and glass washing detergents.
-
01
Go to Production › Shop Floor › Print Jobs.
-
02
Review pending, printing, and completed label print batches triggered from cutting plans or MO confirmations.
-
03
Select any failed or jammed print job and click Reprint to resend ZPL commands.
-
04
Filter print queues by workstation printer (e.g. Saw 1 Label Printer, Glazing Bay Printer).
Common mistakes
- Ignoring printer offline alerts, leading to saw operators cutting profiles without attached labels.
- Using paper labels on raw aluminium intended for outdoor weather exposure.
