Start the journey

This journey starts where sales ends. It assumes somebody has already approved an order, and takes you to the point where a cut, labelled piece is moving through your workshop.

By the end you will be able to

  • Launch production from an approved order
  • Read a cutting list the way the saw operator reads it
  • Cut with measured, defensible waste
  • Label pieces so nothing gets remade
  • See where every job stands without leaving your desk

Release the work

Cut
