Why this step

Your work is grouped the way you plan it: anything needing attention first, then Today, Tomorrow, the rest of the week. Each day header tells you how many openings are in it and roughly how long they will take — an estimate measured from your own past surveys, not a guess, which is why it is blank until you have finished a few.
